** Hong Kong-listed Guotai Junan International <1788.HK> said it received a conditional take-private proposal from Guotai Haitong Securities <SH.601211>, as the parent firm looks to streamline international operations following last year's mega-merger.

** Kurdistan-focused Genel Energy <GENL.L> has rejected Norwegian oil firm DNO's <DNO.OL> £202 million ($271.8 million) takeover bid, it said, as it fundamentally undervalued the London-listed company.

** Dream Finders Homes <DFH.N> said it would acquire peer Beazer Homes <BZH.N> in an all-cash deal worth about $2.2 billion, including debt, as it looks to scale up and become the sixth-largest U.S. homebuilder in a challenging housing market.
