Dream Finders Homes to acquire Beazer Homes for $2.2 billion Aug 7 (Reuters) - Dream Finders Homes DFH.N said on Friday it would acquire U.S. homebuilder Beazer Homes BZH.N in an all-cash deal valued at about $2.2 billion, including debt, as it looks to expand its footprint in a challenging housing market.
