Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust

 

Beazley plc (the 'Company') announces that the Beazley plc Employee Benefit
Trust has made the following purchases of ordinary shares of 5p each in the
Company:

The Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust now owns 6,489,920 ordinary shares of
5p each (0.97% of the issued share capital).
