Transactions in own shares

 

Beazley plc ('Beazley' or the 'Company') announces that on 14 April 2025 it
purchased for cancellation through J.P. Morgan Securities plc ('JPMS plc') the
following number of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each, pursuant to the
authority granted by its shareholders as part of its share repurchase
programme, details of which were announced on 5 March 2025.

 

Ordinary shares

Date of purchase: 14 April 2025

Number of ordinary shares purchased: 11,864

Highest price paid per share: 898.50p

Lowest price paid per share: 896.00p

Volume weighted average price paid per share: 898.0017p

 

Since the announcement of the share repurchase programme on 5 March 2025,
Beazley has purchased 10,167,848 ordinary shares in aggregate for
cancellation.

 

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the UK version of Regulation (EU) No.
596/2014 which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal)
Act 2018, the table below contains detailed information of the individual
