Directors' Dealing

25 March 2025 --- Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc (AIM: BKS), a cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets, has been notified that on 24 March 2025, Will Meldrum, Non-executive Chair, purchased ordinary shares 4,950 of 0.125 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 218.5 pence per share and Kevin Covington, Non-executive Director, purchased 2,283 Ordinary Shares at a price of 219 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Meldrum and Mr Covington hold beneficial interests in 46,400 & 2,283 Ordinary Shares respectively,  representing approximately 0.1% per cent and 0.0% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
