Notice of Annual General Meeting

15 November 2024 - Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc (AIM: BKS), a cloud
computing and connectivity provider for financial markets, is pleased to
confirm that the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 June
2024, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and a Form of
Proxy, will today be posted to shareholders.

 

The Annual Report & Accounts and the Notice of AGM are available on the
Company's website at www.beeksgroup.com (http://www.beeksgroup.com/) .

The Company also announces that the 2024 AGM of Beeks Financial Cloud Group
plc will be held at Riverside Building, 2 King's Inch Way, Renfrew PA4 8YU
on 18 December 2024 at 12:00 noon.

 

Further details on the arrangement for this year's AGM are set out in the
Notice of AGM. As stated above, the Notice of AGM, together with a Form of
Proxy, will be posted to shareholders today. The Notice of AGM will shortly
also be available on the Company's website.
