Posting of Annual Report & Accounts

26 November 2025 - Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc (AIM: BKS), a cloud
computing and connectivity provider for financial markets, is pleased to
confirm that the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2025,
has been posted to shareholders.

As previously announced, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of
Proxy were posted to shareholders on 17 November 2025.

All documents, including the Annual Report & Accounts and the Notice of
AGM, are now live on the Company's website at www.beeksgroup.com.
