** Co raises A$66.3 million ($46.85 million) at issue price of A$0.28 per share

** Issue price represents a discount of 18.8% to stock's last close

** About 6 mln shares change hands, 2.3x the 30-day average of 2.6 mln

** Stock up 1.7% YTD including current moves
