* Unit FullSystem signs lease contract for a branch of Imet SpA until Dec 16, 2018
* The rental fee is 240,000 euros ($262,248)
* At the expiry of the contract, Imet SpA to transfer the branch to FullSystem
* Fullsystem is now owned in 65 percent by Fullsix and in 35 percent by Imet SpA
