* Reported on Wednesday provisional results of public tender
offer on up to 625.982 ordinary shares of Softec SpA YSFT.MI
equivalent to about 30.0 percent of its share capital
* 55 ordinary shares were tendered corresponding to 0.008
pct of shares subject to the offer and 0.002 percent of Softec
SpA share capital
* Fullsix to hold 70.0 percent of Softec's share capital
