    ENERGY
    Russia's Lukoil  LKOH.MM  has sold its Italian refinery to a
consortium of Western private equity and trading firms in the
first major asset sale since Moscow's invasion of Ukraine, the
companies said on Monday.
    DEBT
        Treasury expected to issue 20-year syndicated bond.
    Italy's Treasury said in a statement on Monday that it would
offer up to 7 billion euros in Btp bonds at an auction on Jan.

    The Italian luxury group on Monday posted a 29.1% increase
in 2022 revenue at current exchange rates, a touch above its
latest guidance and market expectations.

    Italy's antitrust authority said on Monday it would not
start a probe into the acquisition of wind and solar developer
PLT by Eni's unit Plenitude.
    SNAM  SRG.MI 
    The gas grid operator said on Monday it had appointed Luca
Passa as Chief Financial Officer effective immediately.

    Changes corporate name to 'Beewize'  BWZ.MI  as of Tuesday.
