Australia's Beforepay rises on strong Q4 performance

** Shares of fintech co Beforepay Group  B4P.AX  rise as
much as 17% to A$0.690, their highest since April 8
    ** Co says Q4 net transaction margin increased to A$2.18 mln

    ** Says no of active users in Q4 grew by 69% y-o-y 
    ** Says Q4 EBITDA loss was A$3.24 mln, down from a loss of
A$4.89 mln in the previous quarter
