("Group" or "Company")

Block Listing Application

 

Begbies Traynor Group plc announces that it has applied to the AIM market of
the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 478,667 ordinary 5 pence
shares in the Group ("Ordinary Shares"). Admission is expected to occur on or
around 8 January 2026.

Ordinary Shares under the block listing will be issued and allotted from time
to time to satisfy the exercise of options under the Group's Sharesave Plan
2020. Upon issuance these shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the
existing Ordinary Shares.

The block listing is expected to become effective on 8 January 2026. The
Company will make six-monthly announcements of the utilisation of the block
admission, in line with its obligations under AIM Rule 29.
