Company Name change effective

 

Further to the announcement made on 2 February 2026, Begbies Traynor Group plc
(BEG), the financial and real estate advisory group, confirms the change of
its name to BTG Consulting plc.

 

Companies House issued a change of name certificate on 4 February 2026 and the
name change to BTG Consulting plc has become effective immediately. The
Company confirms that the change of name has been notified to the London Stock
Exchange and trading in the Company's shares under the new company name and
new TIDM code/ticker symbol 'BTG' is expected to commence on Friday 6
February 2026 at 8.00 am.

 

The Company's ISIN and SEDOL will remain unchanged.

 

Shareholders are unaffected by the change of name and existing share
certificates should be retained and will remain valid.

 

In conjunction with the change of name, and as already advised, the Company's
website address has changed to www.btguk.com
