Begbies Traynor Group plc (the Company)

Transfer of Treasury Shares

 

The Company announces that it has today transferred 1,595,858 ordinary shares
of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to part settle deferred consideration
obligations in respect of a completed corporate acquisition. The Ordinary
Shares were all formerly held as treasury shares.

Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company no longer
holds any Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total number of Ordinary Shares in
issue is 159,564,913.
