Brief: Beghelli sells 32.9 million euro credit portfolio

Oct 1 (Reuters) - Beghelli SpA  BE.MI : 
    * Said on Wednesday that it signed an agreement with a 
secutirization vehicle of Sustainable Sarl, a Susi Partners AG 
unit managing the Susi Energy Efficiency Fund, for the 
non-recourse sale of a portfolio of account receivables of 
Beghelli unit Beghelli Servizi 
    * Nominal value of the credit portfolio is 32.9 million 
euros ($36.66 million) 
    * Agreement is subject to some conditions that need to be 
met by Nov. 27
