    * Land use rights grant contract in relation to acquisition 
is expected to be entered into on or before 30 June 2017 
    * Co obtained confirmation letter and approval letter 
approving bid of land use rights of land offered for sale by 
Land Resources Bureau 
    * A sum of rmb30.9 million has been paid by Shanghai Juque 
as security deposit for auction
