    * co did not proceed with investment in jin comsun, and has 
decided to invest in Guangzhou Zhongqi Energy Technology Ltd 
    * company shall increase registered capital of Zhongqi by a 
capital contribution of rmb20.5 million 
    * decided to invest in Guangzhou Zhongqi Energy Technology
