    * Discloseable transaction in relation to the formation of 
joint ventures  
    * BEWG (China) investment entered into JV Agreement A with 
Baotou City Housing 
    * Pursuant to JV Agreement A, registered capital of joint 
venture a was RMB180 million 
    * BEWG (China) Investment will inject RMB162 million 
representing 90% of registered capital of Joint Venture A 
    * BEWG (China) Investment entered into JV Agreement B with 
Baotou City Housing in relation to establishment of joint 
venture B in Baotou City 
    * Pursuant to JV Agreement B, registered capital of joint 
venture B was RMB4 billion 
    * BEWG (China) Investment will inject RMB3.6 billion, 
representing 90% of registered capital of Joint Venture B 
    * Baotou city housing will inject rmb400 million, 
representing 10% of registered capital of Joint Venture B
