 * Proposed subscription of new shares under general mandate 
 * On 5 February 2016, company and the subscriber entered into the subscription 
agreement 
 * Gross proceeds from the subscription will be hk$19.7 million 
 * Agreed to subscribe for, 30.4 million subscription shares at subscription 
price of hk$0.65 per share
