March 9 (Reuters) - ASR Logistics Holdings Ltd  1803.HK : 
 * Memorandum of understanding in relation of the proposed acquisition  1803.HK  
 * Beijing sports industry, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company 
entered into the mou 
 * Mou with the vendors in respect of the acquisition. 
 * Says Beijing sports industry or its subsidiary intended to acquire 55% of 
equity interests of the target company 
 * Beijing sports industry and the vendors agreed that the preliminary 
consideration for the acquisition is RMB22 million
