Industry Group Ltd  1803.HK  
    * Co & Beijing Enterprises Medical And Health Industry Group 
entered into subscription agreement 
    * Agreement in relation to subscription of an aggregate of 
122 million subscription shares at hk$1.88 per subscription 
share 
    * Net proceeds of subscription, after deduction of related 
expenses, will be approximately hk$228.1 million 
    * Company intends to apply net proceeds of subscription for 
repayment of shareholder's loan
