    * Unit Zhong Hu Dingfeng to form JV company with Jiangxi 
Luyang 
with registered capital of RMB5 million 
    * JV company to be held as to 65 percent by Zhong Hu 
Dingfeng and 
25 perecnt by Jiangxi Luyang 
    * Zhong Hu Dingfeng shall contribute RMB3.3 million to JV
