    * Co and Glory Radiance Limited entered into provisional 
agreement 
    * Co to sell entire issued share capital of Lucky Outset 
Investments with shareholder's loan for HK$120.5 million 
    * It is estimated company will realize an unaudited gain of 
approximately HK$31.1 million from disposal
