Nov 7 (Reuters) - Beijing Sports And Entertainment Industry 
Group Ltd  1803.HK : 
    * On 7 november Zhong Hu Sports, an indirect unit entered 
into JV agreement with Beijing Chengfeng 
    * JV company shall have a registered capital of rmb10 mln 
    * Under agreement, parties held as to 70% by Zhong Hu Sports 
and as to 30% by Beijing Chengfeng. 
    * JV company will be principally engaged into design of 
sport stadium and recreation facilities in PRC.
