Jan 17 (Reuters) - Beijing Sports And Entertainment Industry 
Group Ltd  1803.HK  
    * Zhong Hu Sports, an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary 
of company entered into agreement 
    * pursuant to agreement, company shall inject a sum of 
rmb140 million in cash into target company 
    * unit entered into agreement with target company in 
relation to capital injection into target company 
    * agreement with target company in relation to capital 
injection into target company. 
    * application has been made for resumption of trading of 
shares on stock exchange with effect from on 18 jan 
    * application has been made by co for resumption of trading 
of shares on stock exchange on 18 jan
