Development Group Co Ltd  1599.HK : 
    * Co, BUCG and BUCID entered into joint venture agreement in 
relation to establishment of JV co 
    * Total registered capital of JV co amounted to RMB100 
million 
    * Each of them will own 30%, 40% and 30% equity interests in 
joint venture company, respectively 
    * Chairman of board of directors of joint venture company 
shall be director appointed by BUCG
