** Shares of New Zealand's Being AI  BAI.NZ  fall as much as
14.5% to NZ$0.620, posting their biggest intraday percentage
decline since Aug. 26
    ** Stock hits its lowest level since Aug. 30
    ** AI software co says it is considering a takeover of
customer communications service provider Solution Dynamics 
 SDL.NZ  
    ** BAI also launches a share purchase plan to raise up to
NZ$50,000 at NZ$0.60 per share
    ** Stock up 286.7% YTD, including session's move
