    ** Co's Q2 adjusted earnings per share of $1.21 beat
analysts' estimates of 93 cents - Refinitiv IBES data
    ** BDC Q2 sales of $602 mln also exceed expectations of
$542.8 mln
    ** Co expects FY revenue in the range of $2.32 bln to $2.35
