       Jan 11 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2100 GMT on
Thursday:
    
    ** Bain Capital and Hellman & Friedman are competing to
acquire DocuSign Inc  DOCU.O , the provider of online signature
services with a market value of about $12 billion, according to

    ** The largest shareholders in Believe SA  BLV.PA , the
French music services company behind best-selling French artists
like rap duo PNL, have been exploring taking it private in
recent weeks, people familiar with the matter told Reuters.

    ** German lender Commerzbank  CBKG.DE  and Global Payments
 GPN.N  on Thursday said they were setting up a joint venture
controlled by the U.S. payments firm to serve small retailers in
the euro zone's biggest economy.

    ** TotalEnergies  TTEF.PA  has no plans to sell its shares
in U.S. liquefied natural gas (LNG) company NextDecade  NEXT.O ,

    ** Chesapeake Energy  CHK.O  said it would buy smaller rival

boosting the mobility of industrial robots - by using artificial
intelligence and 3D vision to move around factories and

concerns of EU antitrust regulators over its $1.4 billion
