Aug 2 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    AXA  AXAF.PA /BNP PARIBAS  BNPP.PA :
    French insurance company said on Thursday it was in
exclusive negociation with BNP Paribas  BNPP.PA  to sell AXA
Investment Managers. It also announced the acquisition of Gruppo
Nobis for 423 million euros and published results for the first
half of the year with a net income of 4 billion euros, up 6%
year-on-year.
    
    BANIJAY  BNJ.AS :
    French entertainment company Banijay on Thursday released
its results for the first half of the year with an adjusted
ebitda of 368 million euros, an increase of 11.7% year-on-year. 
   

    BELIEVE  BLV.PA :
    French digital music Believe posted on Thursday its results
for the first half of the year with an adjusted ebitda of 31.3
million euro, up 29.3% year-on-year and raised guidance with an
adjusted ebitda margin higher than 6.5% versus around 6.5%
previously.
