Belite Bio rises on enrollment completion in late-stage eye drug study

** Shares of drug developer Belite Bio Inc  BLTE.O  up 4.2%
at $18.21
    ** Co completes enrollment in late-stage trial for its
experimental oral drug, LBS-008, to treat a rare genetic eye
disorder, called Stargardt disease, that causes progressive
vision loss
    ** Trial will test safety and efficacy of LBS-008 in 90
adolescent subjects enrolled across 11 countries worldwide - co 
    ** BLTE expects sharing the interim safety and efficacy
trial data in mid-2024
    ** Topline data from LBS-008's separate mid-stage trial for
the same disease indication is expected in Q4'23
    ** LBS-008 already has received "fast track" and "orphan
drug" tags in the U.S. for Stargardt disease 
    ** Including session's gain, stock down 39.6% YTD
