The Company announces that, in accordance with the Financial Conduct
Authority's Prospectus Rules: Admission to Trading on a Regulated Market (PRM)
sourcebook 1.6.4R, the following shares have been admitted to trading on the
Main Market of the London Stock Exchange under the Company's existing block
admissions of shares pursuant to their allotment under the Company's Sharesave
Scheme (SAYE).
