DIRECTOR DECLARATION

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.9R, the Company wishes to announce a
change to the other appointments of Sarah Whitney, a non-executive and senior
independent director of the Company.

Sarah has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of Regional
REIT Limited with effect from 4 August 2025, and will also be appointed to the
Audit, Nomination and Management Engagement and Remuneration Committees.
