BUZZ-UK's Bellway falls as profit outlook hits lower end of forecast range ** Shares of homebuilder Bellway BWY.L down 1.1% at 2,076p
** Co expects FY26 adjusted operating profit of £320 mln($432.10 mln), at lower end of its forecast range of £320 mln to £330 mln.
** Bellway also expects near-term outlook to remain uncertain
and calls on UK government to improve access to housing across all tenures
** Announces new share buyback of £50 mln for FY27
