UK homebuilder Bellway's first-half sales drop on weaker demand
Feb 10 (Reuters) - British homebuilder Bellway BWY.L reported a slowdown in sales in the six months to January 31 on Tuesday, as economic uncertainty dampened customer demand over the autumn selling season. The company's private reservation rate, including bulk sales, fell to 0.47 homes per outlet per week in the first half of fiscal 2026, down from 0.51 a year earlier.
