** FTSE 100 homebuilders Persimmon PSN.L gains 9.5%, Barratt Redrow BTRW.L rises 8.6%; both set for best day since 2020

** Bellway BWY.L climbs 9.7%, Taylor Wimpey TW.L adds 6.8%, Berkeley Group Holding BKGH.L advances 6.9%; all on track for biggest gains since 2020
