 * Increases size of private placement financing as Sun Valley gold participates 
   pro rata 
 * Says will purchase 11 million common shares on behalf of client accounts 
 * Says intends to use proceeds of transaction to advance detailed engineering 
   and development of the volta grande project 
 * Says has entered into share purchase agreements with Sun Valley gold llc 
 * Says will purchase 11 million shares on behalf of client accounts at $0.53 
   per share for total proceeds of $5.8 million
