The Company has been notified that on 3 October 2022 Louise George, Chief
Financial Officer, purchased 9,779 ordinary shares at 204.5p per share.  Mrs
George now holds 418,923 shares in Belvoir representing 1.1 per cent. of the
issued share capital.
