Exercise of Options

 and

Total Voting Rights

Belvoir Group PLC (AIM:BLV), a leading UK property franchise and financial
services Group, announces that it has transferred 20,000 ordinary shares of 1
pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") out of Treasury,
following the exercise of share options by Group employees (the "Exercise").

As a result of the above the Company's total issued share capital will consist
of 37,309,437 Ordinary Shares with 14,845 shares held in Treasury.
Consequently the total voting rights of the Company is 37,294,592.

The above voting rights figure of 37,294,592 may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

 

The Company also announces that its nominated adviser and broker finnCap Ltd,
has changed its name to Cavendish Capital Markets Limited.
