The Company has been notified that on 19 December 2023 Louise George, Chief
Financial Officer acquired by way of an inheritance 21,072 ordinary shares of
1p each taking her aggregate holding to 439,995 shares in Belvoir representing
1.18 per cent. of the issued share capital.

EU Market Abuse Regulation which is part of English law by virtue of the
