Total Voting Rights

Belvoir Group PLC (AIM:BLV), a leading UK property franchise and financial
services Group, announces that in accordance with Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rule 5.6.1 the Company's total issued share capital is 37,309,437
ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"), with one voting right per share.

The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  Therefore, the
total number of voting rights in the Company is 37,309,437. This figure may be
used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they
will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change
to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
