Transaction in Own Shares

and Total Voting Rights

 

Belvoir Group PLC (AIM:BLV), a leading UK property franchise and financial
services Group, announces that on 26 July 2023 it purchased 13,244 ordinary
shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 185
pence per Ordinary Share, to be held in treasury.

Further to the above transaction, the Company advises that its issued share
capital stands at 37,309,437 Ordinary Shares, with 34,845 Ordinary Shares held
in treasury. Consequently, the total voting rights of the Company is
37,274,592.

The above voting rights figure of 37,274,592 may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
