July 3(Reuters) - Bemap Inc 4316.T
* Says it will set up a joint venture(JV), which will be
engaged in Media to Mobile to Store (M2M2S)related marketing
service, with East Japan Marketing & Communications Inc and a
Tokyo-based firm, which is mainly engaged in planning and
production of video software, music software, commercial, film
and stage, on July 25
* This JV will be capitalized at 10 million yen
