India's BEML rises to nearly 10-week high

** Shares of state-owned heavy equipment maker BEML
 BEML.NS  rise as much as 9% to 2476.95 rupees, their highest in
nearly 10 weeks
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain since Aug 29
    ** Shares gain 8.5%, as of last close, since co posted a
three-fold jump in Q2 profit on Nov 9
    ** Stock set to rise for a fourth straight week, if gains
hold
    ** Trading vol is 7.5x the 30-day daily avg, tops 1.5 mln
for the first time since Aug 31
    ** Stock up 7.8%, extending YTD gains to ~66%
