DIRECTOR DEALINGS

The Company has been informed that KRING AS, a company owned by Trond
Williksen, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.1
pence each in Benchmark ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 50.2 pence per share
on 23 May 2022.

Following this transaction, Trond's total beneficial interest in the Company
is 270,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.04 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.
