Benchmark Holdings plc, a market leading aquaculture specialist nutrition and
health business, announces that at the Company's General Meeting, held at
12.00 noon (UK time) today, all resolutions were passed by shareholders voting
on a poll. The results of the poll are set out below.

The Company has been informed by Nathan "Tripp" Lane, Chair of the Company,
that Mavenir Systems Inc., which he is a board director of, has entered into
an arrangement with its creditors to effect a recapitalisation of its
business.
