** Bending Spoons BSP.O has agreed to buy Miro in an all-cash deal, valuing the digital collaboration platform at $1.36 billion, the companies said.

** MNK Group has completed the acquisition of Danish non-life insurer ETU Forsikring A/S, the independent insurance group said.

** Blackstone BX.N said it has acquired a majority interest in Sanha Logistics Park II, a dry storage logistics development in South Korea, through a primary share issuance, as it seeks to deepen its presence in the East Asian nation.

** Enbridge ENB.TO said on Wednesday it will acquire Blackstone BX.N-owned Tallgrass Energy's crude oil business for $2.55 billion in cash, expanding its U.S. liquids pipeline network by buying a majority stake in the Pony Express Pipeline and other assets.

** Porsche said on Wednesday it had completed the sale of its stakes in Bugatti Rimac and Rimac Group after receiving regulatory approvals, finalising its exit from the Croatian electric hypercar maker and related businesses.

** British recruiter SThree STEMS.L said on Wednesday it had received an unsolicited preliminary approach from U.S.-based Circle8 Group CIRC.O regarding a possible offer for the company, sending its shares up 15%.
