Update on timing for full year results announcement and publication of annual
report and accounts

 

Bens Creek Group plc (AIM:BEN), the owner of a metallurgical coal mine in
North America supplying the steel industry, hereby announces that, further to
the Company's notification on 13 September 2023, that there will be a small
delay in the Company's full year results announcement and the publication of
the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2023.

 

The Company now intends to publish its annual report and accounts along with
the accompanying final results announcement on or before 29 September 2023.

 

The small delay reflects the need for additional time for the audit process to
be completed.
