Bens Creek Group plc (AIM:BEN), the owner of a metallurgical coal mine in
North America supplying the steel industry, has been notified on 3 July 2023
that, following a purchase of ordinary shares of 0.10p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") on 12 June 2023, Mathenz Marc Kay, who owns Ordinary
Shares via a broking account at UOB Kay Hian Private Limited, has a beneficial
interest in 12,599,999 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing
approximately 3.2 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
